Blossom Festival - May 18, 19, 20, 21, 2012

Join us for the 71st Annual Blossom Festival, the biggest annual event that brings the Creston Valley together for a weekend of fun.

Events include: Friday night kick off concert featuring Wendell Ferguson; THREE pancake breakfasts; the big parade featuring marching bands, floats, clowns, horses; events saluting our history at the Creston Museum; 16th Avenue Experience in and near Millenium Park, Saturday Street Fair in Creston's downtown Spirit Square; Lion’s Kid’s parade and picnic; the great Creston Chili Cook Off; the Classic Car Show and Shine; Soccer Tournament; and much more to be announced over the next few weeks. Wendell Ferguson
Wendell has won the Canadian Country Music Association's "Guitar Player of the Year" so many times (seven), that they retired him-he's no longer eligible. He has backed artists such as; George Fox, Duane Steele, Shania Twain, Lisa Brokop, Michelle Wright, Tommy Hunter, Al Cherney, Deana Carter, Tracy Byrd, Mila Mason, Chely Wright, Matraca Berg, The Dixie Chicks, The Arrogant Worms, Jason McCoy, and countless others.
